• Contact form enquiries: We retain your enquiry details for up to 3 years for business and legal purposes, after which they are securely deleted.

• Web3Forms — for processing contact form submissions
• Google LLC — for website analytics (anonymised)
• IONOS SE — our web hosting provider, who stores the website files
