a) Contact form enquiries

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

  • Company name (optional)
  • Service of interest
  • Your message

Purpose: To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or service you requested.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) — it is in our and your mutual interest to respond to business enquiries.

b) Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. This service collects anonymised data including:

  • How you arrived at our site (search engine, direct, referral)

Purpose: To improve our website content and user experience.

c) Contact form processing (Web3Forms)

  • Analytics data: Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default, after which it is automatically deleted.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Web3Forms — for processing contact form submissions
  • Google LLC — for website analytics (anonymised)
  • IONOS SE — our web hosting provider, who stores the website files

All third-party processors are required to handle your data in accordance with UK GDPR.

Google Analytics data may be processed on servers outside the UK and EEA. Google LLC participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and provides appropriate safeguards under UK GDPR Article 46. Web3Forms servers are located in the EU.
